1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 6u777 ("6u777", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 6u777 website at https://6u777.app, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 6u777 platform and, if you have already created an account, contact our support team to request account closure. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

6u777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. It remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 6u777 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which their account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 6u777 is an 18+ platform. Persons under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from creating an account, making deposits, or participating in any game or betting activity on the platform.

You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or other supporting documentation at any point during the lifecycle of your account. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use 6u777's betting and gaming services, you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different payment methods, or different devices — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method. 6u777 relies on this information for identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming compliance. Providing false or misleading information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure without refund of any balance.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 6u777 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered phone number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your account.

6u777 will never contact you by phone, email, or any messaging service to ask for your password or OTP. If you receive any such communication purporting to be from 6u777, treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately.

Any activity carried out through your account using your credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you, whether or not you were personally responsible for that activity. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately so that your account can be secured.

3.3 Account Information Updates

You are responsible for keeping your account information current. If your email address, phone number, or payment method details change, you must update your account profile promptly. 6u777 accepts no liability for failed communications or payment errors arising from outdated account information.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

6u777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.2 Deposit Rules

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit; however, deposits above certain thresholds may trigger additional identity or source-of-funds verification in accordance with 6u777's anti-money-laundering procedures. Deposits are credited to your 6u777 account balance instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used. 6u777 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party into your 6u777 account, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension and investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method. 6u777 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15–30 minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts; processing times may be longer during periods of high transaction volume or if additional verification is required.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must pass full Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. KYC requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and, where requested, proof of address and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held pending verification and will not be processed until verification is satisfactorily concluded.

4.4 Anti-Money-Laundering

6u777 is committed to preventing the use of the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. 6u777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit or withdrawal transaction at any time. If a player is unable or unwilling to provide requested documentation, the relevant transaction may be delayed, reversed, or refused, and the account suspended pending investigation. Any suspicious activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

6u777 offers a variety of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that are published at the time each promotion is made available.

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible players who meet the qualifying criteria specified for each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Players who operate multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times will have all accounts closed and all associated bonuses and winnings forfeited.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be made. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times in total). The specific wagering requirement, eligible game contribution percentages, time limit for completion, and maximum bet size during a bonus period are disclosed in the terms of each individual promotion.

As a general rule: slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) contribute a lower percentage as specified in the promotion terms; sports betting may contribute at a separate rate. 6u777 reserves the right to adjust contribution rates and will communicate any changes clearly in the promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through irregular play patterns, low-risk hedging strategies, or other behaviour that 6u777 determines constitutes bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension. The determination of what constitutes bonus abuse rests entirely with 6u777, and our decision in such matters is final.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

6u777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already qualified, 6u777 will honour the bonus for that player subject to the original terms under which it was offered.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on 6u777 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the decision of 6u777 (or, in the case of live casino games, the game provider's decision) shall be final and binding.

A bet is not confirmed until it has been accepted by the 6u777 system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets placed in error (including bets placed after an event has concluded, or bets placed on odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical or human error) may be voided at 6u777's discretion.

6.2 Sports Betting

6u777's sportsbook covers cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Pre-match and in-play betting markets are available where indicated. In-play markets close briefly around key events (e.g., wickets, run-outs in cricket) and reopen when updated odds are available. 6u777 is not liable for any losses arising from an inability to place an in-play bet during a suspension period.

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum required play time has been completed, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to player balances, unless the specific market terms state otherwise.

6.3 Casino & Slots

Casino games and slot titles on 6u777 are provided by third-party software studios including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Each game uses a certified random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. 6u777 does not interfere with game outcomes. Published RTP (return to player) percentages for slot games are the long-run theoretical averages calculated over millions of game rounds and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

In the event of a game malfunction — including disconnections during a live casino session — the game round will be declared void and the stake for that round will be returned to the player's balance. 6u777 accepts no liability for losses arising from game malfunctions caused by the player's own internet connection or device.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-event payout limits apply across all product verticals. Specific limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market. 6u777 reserves the right to apply payout caps on any market where the published maximum payout would otherwise be exceeded. Any winnings that exceed the applicable maximum will be reduced to the maximum payout amount and the excess forfeited.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6u777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds in the account, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using a stolen identity, or misrepresenting your age, location, or eligibility to use the platform.
• Money Laundering: Using 6u777 as a vehicle for laundering proceeds of criminal activity. All transactions are monitored for suspicious patterns consistent with money-laundering behaviour.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider after funds have been used for gambling. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and the recovery of the disputed amount from any remaining balance.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in casino games, live poker, or any other multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Arbitrage and Matched Betting: Using 6u777 bonuses or odds in a systematic way that guarantees a risk-free profit regardless of outcome, including through coordination with other betting platforms.

• Threats and Harassment: Making threats, using abusive language, or harassing 6u777 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Third-Party Account Use: Allowing a third party to operate your 6u777 account, or operating a 6u777 account on behalf of another person.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by 6u777

6u777 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time and without prior notice if we have reason to believe that you have breached these Terms, that your account has been compromised, that unusual or suspicious activity has been detected, or that your continued access to the platform poses a risk to the integrity of our services or the safety of other players.

During a suspension, you will not be able to log in, place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. 6u777 will contact you at the email address registered to your account to explain the nature of the restriction and any steps required to restore access, where applicable. If a suspension is the result of a breach of these Terms, account access may not be restored.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 6u777 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus balances and wagering-incomplete bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Real-money balances will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any required verification.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons, you may request a self-exclusion period (1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, or permanent) via your Account Settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion takes effect within minutes of the request being received. During a self-exclusion period, your account is fully locked and no exceptions will be made to allow access. 8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 6u777 will attempt to contact the account holder at their registered email address prior to applying any dormancy policy. Where a real-money balance remains in a dormant account, 6u777 may apply a monthly maintenance fee of ৳50 after the dormancy period has been confirmed, deducted from the remaining balance. Once the balance reaches zero, the account may be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any re-verification required.
